I am a HUGE pizza fanatic! I could eat it every night and never get sick of it! And I consider myself blessed to live so close to some of the best pizza places on the planet.
But I can't afford to go out for pizza all the time...
So I like to try to experiment with different kinds of dough, sauces, and combos at home.
I haven't found my absolute favorite, so I keep on searching and trying.
(Any good suggestions?)
Deep dish is of course my favorite.

This time we will be rolling out a new recipe, in the form of a thin crust!
With Beer Cheese Fondue as an appetizer.
